The F Word – Famine is the real obscenity

ONE is a grassroots advocacy and campaigning organization that fights extreme poverty and preventable disease, particularly in Africa, by raising public awareness and pressuring political leaders to support smart and effective policies and programs that are saving lives, helping to put kids in school and improving futures.

Co-founded by Bono ,Colin Farrell, George Clooney, K’naan, Annie Lennox and many other campaigners, ONE is nonpartisan and works closely with African activists and policy makers.

The film is being shown on televisions in France, the US and elsewhere, but the UK authorities BANNED it. We think that’s absurd given the overwhelming response – so far over 200,000 people have signed the petition in just one week, generating huge momentum.
