Emotional Freedom Technique? (EFT) What on earth?

(Jeremy speaking..) I’ve been an EFT practitioner for 10 years now and LOVE this therapy; it’s excellent for treating addictions, phobias, but especially for breaking through old patterns in one’s life and helping you to move on!

   I agree Phil, the site is a little difficult to use. I went back on the same link today and discovered there was an email sign-up at the bottom of the Jack Canfield page, that was not there before. I signed up, and it disapeared. I hope that helps. – Jeremy
