Prince Charles launched a new initiate at the London Docklands Scout Centre. Y.O.U stands for Youth Organisations in Uniform. It was first started in the Croydon area, where the organisers realised that by pooling resources they could offer the children more, but mainly that they would be better placed to try to get more adult volunteers.
