Today we present a full length interview with Professor Tim Noakes.
Tim Noakes is an “A-rated” South African professor of exercise and sports science at the University of Cape Town.
He has run more than 70 marathons and ultra-marathons, and is the author of several books on exercise and diet. He is known for his support of a high-fat, low-carbohydrate diet, as set out in his book The Real Meal Revolution.
Interestingly Tim’s research has lead him to believe that this diet is the cure for most of the major illnesses we suffer with in to 21st century. Tim’s own diabetes has virtually disappeared on this diet.
He suggests that it can also change the course of cancers, heart disease and other such life-style challenges..
